Warranty: If your child's backpack fails from normal use within 365 days of delivery, please contact STRONGBROS Gear at backpacks@strongbrosgear.com to request a FREE warranty replacement. Please be prepared to submit a receipt and pictures so that we may validate the claim. A shipping fee of $8.99 will be required prior to the shipment of the new backpack.
