If your child's backpack fails from normal use within 365 days of delivery, please contact STRONGBROS Gear at backpacks@strongbrosgear.com to request a FREE warranty replacement. Please be prepared to submit a receipt and pictures so that we may validate the claim. A shipping fee of $8.99 will be required prior to the shipment of the new backpack. Please note that any claims from purchases originating in Alaska or Hawaii will be billed actual USPS shipping. Limit one FREE replacement backpack per original unit purchased.
